FAQ’s
How do I review my films? Films marked "Draft" are still in the revision stage. This section is only for viewing. You can view them by clicking the thumbnail image next to the title or by clicking the button that says “edit requests” which will take you to our editing request platform.
How do I ask for edits? The FASTEST and most efficient way to submit edit requests is by clicking the button under each draft titled “Submit Edit Requests”. This button will reroute you to “frame.io” which is a timestamped editing platform. You simply enter your feedback right at the moment in the video that you want changed. You can comment and reply internally with different thoughts and view previous requests just by toggling between videos. The slower and a tad bit less organized way is you can email with a list of requests.
How do I download my content? You can automatically download a specific video by clicking the button underneath the specific video labeled “Download”. You can also go straight to your dropbox folder and download from there. The link to your dropbox folder can be found HERE
